With only one more trip outside of China before moving back to America, we decided to spend a few days in Hong Kong and experience some of the things we've grown to love--food and the Wan Chai, Central, and Kowloon Districts. We also decided to do two Hong Kong bucket list items we never did previously during all our years in south China--a junk boat ride and a visit to HK Avenue of Stars.
