Bi-Monthly Update #3

Devien is now 19 months (1 year and 7 months)!  Mijito is a terror on two feet!  His fine and gross motor skills are incredible.  He loves to take things apart with his small hands and runs everywhere.  His new talent is climbing!  He can get up and down off sofas and beds independently.  We have to really watch him now.  As far as communication, he understands when we talk to him in both Spanish and English, but he rarely will talk.  He's very stubborn (like mama and papa!) so it's a challenge, but we plan to keep encouraging him.  Devien's weight stayed at 11.3kg (25lbs) but his height increased to 86cm (almost 34 in).

These photos are of Mijo at nearly 18 months old during his last photo shoot here in China.  We wanted some new scenes so we went with traditional Chinese and basketball back drops.  Enjoy!
